Prior to the Regular Board meeting a Public Hearing will be held concerning the Intent of the Board of Education of the City of Chicago to Sell Not to Exceed $1,160,000,000 General Obligation Unlimited Tax Alternate Bonds. The Public Hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. Speaker registration for the Public Hearing will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. on the 1st Floor of the 小丑撸Street Lobby. The Public Participation segment of the Public Hearing will conclude after the last person who has signed in to speak has spoken, or at 10:00 a.m. whichever occurs first.
