 op Office\, 42 W. С³óߣStreet\, Garden Level\, Board Room Chicago\, IL 
 60602. The purpose of said hearing will be to receive public comment on a 
 proposed application to modify a portion of Section 34-21.3 of the School 
 Code for a period of two school years (for the 2017-18 and 2018-19 school 
 years) to allow a Board Member to be employed by the Board of Education no
  sooner than thirty (30) calendar days after the expiration or other termi
 nation of his term of office as a member of the board.\nPublic Comment wil
 l be taken during the public hearing. Speaker registration for public comm
 ent during the public hearing will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on 
 the 1st Floor of the С³óߣStreet Lobby. The Public Comment segment of t
 he Public Hearing will conclude after the last person who has registered t
 o comment has spoken\, or at 9:00 a.m.\, whichever occurs first.
